MetoCRM is the operating system for medical-tourism agencies — a vertical CRM that unifies WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Messenger, Telegram, call centre, video call, and email into one inbox, layered with sales tracking, lead automation, offer generation, reminders, and patient accounting.
/01 THE BRIEF
Medical-tourism agencies were running multi-million-euro pipelines out of a shared WhatsApp account. The data was untrackable, the leakage was enormous, and the only people who knew the patient was a real CRM.
We were asked to build the CRM the category was missing — not a Salesforce template, a from-scratch vertical product. Three plans (Meto SALES, Meto OPERATION, Meto FULL FORCE), shipped to the App Store and a hosted web panel, multilingual, with strict per-role PII masking baked in from day one.
/02 THE APPROACH
We shadowed agencies for two weeks before writing a line of production code — sat in the WhatsApp shifts, watched the offer-generation rituals, learned where the leakage actually was.
The result is a product opinionated about the agency workflow: omnichannel inbox first, automation second, reporting third. A "100% Data Mask" engine sits in front of every PII field, controlled per-role; PII shows to the assigned agent and to nobody else.
The iOS app shipped to the App Store in January 2023; the web panel rolled out three months later. The product is still in active development — we ship every Friday.
