We don't believe in pyramid staffing. Every person on your project is senior enough to be running it elsewhere. We chose, deliberately, to stay small.

We don't believe the brief is the work. Half the time you'll tell us what you want and we'll build something different — better — and you'll thank us later. (Sometimes we'll be wrong; we'll re-do it.)
