/01   THE BRIEF

Cut and More had a website but no booking flow — customers were phoning to make appointments, the salon was double-booking. We were asked for a fast, friendly booking experience and a back-office that didn't need training.

Booking time <60s From service pick to confirmed slot.
Languages NL · EN Bilingual for the salon's diverse clientele.
No-show rate % Automated SMS reminders reduce no-shows.
Devices Mobile-first 85% of bookings come from a phone.

/02   THE APPROACH

We started with the booking flow — three taps, no account required — and built the salon-facing side around what the front desk actually needs.

Each stylist has their own calendar; each service has its own duration; the booking engine respects both. SMS reminders go out automatically; cancellations open the slot back up.

Customers stopped calling. They book themselves, even out of hours.
