/01 THE BRIEF
The brief was simple: stop the leakage. Patient records were spread across spreadsheets, emails, WhatsApp threads. Sales reps owned their own contacts and took them when they left.
We built a centralised CRM with controlled employee access, a single source of truth for patient records, customisable multi-parameter reporting, and a calendar colour-coded by hospital. Everything cloud-based; everything audit-logged.
/02 THE APPROACH
We modelled the patient journey explicitly — pre-op, op, post-op — and built every screen against that timeline.
Role-based access controls who sees what (financial owner sees commission; medical owner sees diagnosis). A patient self-service portal handles medical-form completion before travel. Doctors, hotels, and travel agencies each have their own role with scoped views.
We can now see a patient's entire path without opening five spreadsheets.
