A producer-
to-consumer store
for one village.
Bademler Koop is the official mobile + web storefront of the Bademler Village Agricultural Cooperative in Urla, İzmir — cold-press olive oils, regional honey, traditional preserves, and the cooperative's signature flowers, shipped direct from the producer.
/01 THE BRIEF
The cooperative has been making cold-press olive oil since the 1960s. They were ready to sell direct — and they wanted an app that respected the unfussy way their producers actually communicate.
We shipped the iOS + Android apps and the web store, with category navigation tuned for the catalogue (olive oils by year, honey by region, exclusive flowers), KVKK-compliant data handling, cargo tracking, and a cooperative announcements feed.
/02 THE APPROACH
We treated the catalogue as the brand. Every category page was photographed and named to match how the cooperative talks about its own work.
The apps are deliberately minimal — product, detail, cart, checkout. No discount-stacking, no upsell nags. A cooperative announcements feed and 'in the press' section give the cooperative a public-relations surface inside the app.
They built us something that looks like the cooperative — not like every other e-commerce app.
A consistent visual voice across every surface.
Engagement, in four movements.
Field trip to the cooperative. Every category re-shot to match the brand voice.
Web store and shared backend; KVKK-compliant data layer; cargo integration.
iOS + Android apps from the same React Native codebase; App Store + Play submissions.
Seasonal catalogue updates; new harvest releases; cooperative announcements.
Built on opinionated infrastructure.
